transit strike?

hoping for a transit strike is a little like wishing for a snow day. the MTA may or may not be on strike tomorrow, which means all the subways will not be running. it basically makes it close to impossible for me to get to work if the subways aren't running. all cars entering manhattan will need at least 4 passengers and the city will be a zoo. so if the MTA strikes, there is a very good chance that i will work from home tomorrow. i'll work from home, in my pjs, sleep in, and possibly take a nap. how glorious would that be? now, i'm not saying that i'd like the strike to last very long. i mean, it cripples the economy of the city and makes a lot of things quite difficult. but all i'm asking for is one day! just one day...
