my cab driver tonight told me that he thinks that cars from the suburbs and cars with out-of-state license plates should not be allowed to drive in new york city. he said there should be a separate license plate for cars from new york and that only they should be able to enter and drive in new york city. all of this while weaving in and out of cars with his hand permanently attached to the horn.
