Elite Part 2

I had my first first-class upgrade this week on my flight. I felt so special when the flight attendant came back and said, "Excuse me, Ms. Hunt. We have a place for you in first-class." Glorious. That truly is the way to travel.
My second surprise came from being a Gold member of the hotel. They sent me an email that in order to thank me for my business, they wanted to give me a free magazine subscription for a year. Ok...thanks...
I like being elite. I'm becoming a business travel snob.
