if i told you that there were record breaking temperatures in denver on christmas day, what temperature would you say it was? 0? -15? -20? if you guessed any of those cold temperatures, you would be wrong. it was 69 degrees in denver today. it didn't feel like christmas much at all. but i'm not complaining because i did enjoy going to the park, wearing short sleeves and shorts, and throwing the football around with my brother. i didn't enjoy jamming my finger, but all in all a lovely, warm day. to contrast this warmth, i'm going to go skiing tomorrow where the snow is great and the weather is cold. record high temperatures in denver + the best snow the mountains have had for the past 10 years = colorado is a pretty sweet place to spend my vacation away from new york city.
